The key to our products is the use of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP), which offers several advantages over traditional materials. FRP is highly impact-resistant and stays cooler in the heat than aluminum. The FRP upper and lower skins provide greater rigidity compared to aluminum, and the material is also more scratch-resistant. Additionally, FRP has a higher impact-resistance of approximately 20KJ/m2. The Polypropylene (PP) Honeycomb core further strengthens the structure while reducing weight, allowing for a 350lbs surface load-bearing capacity - a significant improvement over older designs and materials.

The slim, under-one-inch design of our Tonneau Cover maximizes the under-tonne storage capacity compared to other hard shell designs. The water-tight channel hinge system is one of the most waterproof on the market, quickly draining any accumulated water and preventing it from penetrating the truck bed. The secure strap at the cover's head ensures a tight fit, allowing you to transport higher goods without worry.

Installing or removing the Tonneau Cover is a straightforward process, taking less than five minutes. The integrated clamp fastening system ensures security and stability, with a quick and easy lock-up. The cover folds easily into thirds at the hinges, sitting against the back of your cab with a rubber bumper to protect it.

To ensure a perfect fit, measure the inside of your truck bed from the bulkhead to the tailgate, excluding the rails. We provide 118 inches of waterproof strips to prevent dust, rain, and snow from entering the truck bed, as well as LED lights that can be placed in various dim areas and lightly pressed to illuminate.
